Alfons Karabuda is an award-winning composer and leading voice for artistic rights with over 35 years in the music and cultural sectors. He is Honorary President of the European Composer and Songwriter Alliance, Chair of the Polar Music Prize award committee, and advisor to global cultural initiatives. He has previously served as President of ECSA and the International Music Council, and chaired SKAP and Musiksverige, shaping cultural policy in Sweden and internationally.
